Well, we are having another baby..... I am due April 11, 2011. We are very excited! I had my first doctors appointment and everything went well. Not going to lie but I am hoping for a girl.. ;) But if we have a boy I will live, and Noah will have a bud! LOL

So we finally moved in to our new house then a week after we took a trip to Oregon with Andy's family. It was so much fun and so nice to have a break finally. But now we are both back to work and back to reality. :) I have been going to the DI lately and finding things to spray paint and fix up. Me and my mom went on monday and we found this plane for Noah's room that looked like it could use some fixin up. So I bought that and a few other things to fix up. It was a lot of fun and I think I am going to start my weekly trips to the DI or garage sells. (P.S. I never thought I would be someone to do that. ) Well here are some pics......

Well we got carpet today and the outside of the house is finished. We are so excited. We are supposed to close thursday or friday. We are doing our final walk through tomorrow. I hope everything goes well and we can move this weekend. We are so excited!!!

I had to post these pictures of Noah and Andy. Noah thinks he has to wear sunglasses like me and Andy do. I finally got his own pair but he was wearing mine for awhile. Before we took this picture he was crying because he wanted them on. I love this little boy! He is so much fun, I am loving the stage he is in.

They finished the brick on our house today and I just wanted to post a picture of it. Also we spoke to our builder today and he told me that they are planning on having the house done by July 20th so he wanted me to get things ready with the bank. We are so excited and I really hope that they stick to the date. They just finished painting tonight and tomorrow Andy is going to start laying the wood floors then monday are cabinets. I will take more pictures of inside tomorrow.

Currently we are in the process of sheet rocking our house. They told us that we should be in our house before August 1st. We will see what happens. I will post more pictures tomorrow after I get a few more that are updated.

Sunday morning Andy's friend pasted away. He was diagnosed with Leukemia just last friday and died 2 days later. It is so sad to here this. His wife is pregnant with twins right now and is due in October. I hurt for her. She is so strong and will fight through this trial. He is a great man and I know that he is holding his babies and taking care of them in heaven. Here is the Link to his blog. Prepare yourself to cry.

My Wake Up Call.......

As I am sitting here at work tonight blog stocking..... I have come across so many blogs with people who know people with cancer. People with wife's, husbands, kids, pregnant, etc....... It kills me to read these blogs and read the things they write. Like.... one blog said "He feels well enough to go on a date tonight. Yay for us!" I think to myself really???? Thats what she is excited about?? I must get my crap together! Why do I stress about all the things that don't matter, when this poor lady is thinking about the last days with her husband and she is so excited that she gets to go on a date with him. I want to cry... okay maybe I did. I must get my priorities straightened out. I think to myself I need to cherish the time with my family. Many times I have cleaned the house while Noah plays with his toys by himself. What if something happened to him( I know I can do the "what if's" all day) or like when I have blogged instead of paying attention to Andy and not given him undivided attention??? I know this sounds extreme but really in life what matters to me is my family. They are all I have no matter what, they are there through the thick and thin. I love them. I am so lucky to have a healthy husband and son. Lately I have been so caught up in building our house and other things that really dont matter. I hate that I have let myself get to that point. I have so many things I have got to work on to be better. Andy is so good.. I never have to worry about him telling me that he loves me or him giving Noah attention. He is so good, I am sure I bring him down. I am a very lucky girl and have many things to be grateful for. My dad has always said... "all we need to survive is family, roof over our head, and food." Why do I worry about stupid decorations for my house that I really dont need???? (just an example of the many) Lets just say tonight was a great eye opening experience for me. Maybe a wake up call??? Sorry about this crazy post. I had to get it off my chest. Here are a few of my fav pictures.

Andy's mission companion has testicular cancer. They have found it in other place and he has been in remission a few times, and it is back. They have twins on the way and are so excited but they just found out he has a tumor around his spine that could paralyze him if they don't get rid of it. This is so sad.....please pray for him. This is his blog if you want to look at it.

15 month check up

Today we went to Noahs 15 month check up. He did not have to get shots so that was good. But here are his stats....

Weight 21 lbs 5oz -8%

Length 33 in - 90%

Head 90%

He is a little skinny but I promiseI feed the poor kid. I cant believe how big he is getting, he is talking so much and makes me and Andy laugh all the time.

Our house should be just about to start soon. The building permit is in and they are just waiting for that to come back so they can start digging. We are getting so excited. We move out of our house and in to Janet's (mother in law) in two weeks. I hope we dont drive them nuts. :)

Happy Easter/Picture Overload....

Prepare yourself for a picture overload. For Easter we went to Salt Lake and stayed in a hotel that had a waterpark inside it. I think me and Andy were more excited to take Noah swimming than anything else. We watched conference on Saturday then we headed down to the pool. Me and Andy went to get Noah a tube and Andy had to get just the right one. For some odd reason Andy loves the tubes with the jump suit on them. So..... I just let Andy pick it out and this is what we got. It was hilarious to watch Noah run around with the tube on. He loved swimming. We had a blast with all of our family!! We want to go back already. I have pictures of when JD and Annie came and had dinner with us last weekend. Noah loves Ellie, they are so cute together. I am glad to see another child as busy as mine...she may be more busy then Noah. :) She is adorable. This post explains our life lately.....unorganized. I am expecting it to be that way the next few months...... I am going to hang on for the ride!!! BTW I HATE MOVING AND PACKING... I never want to move again!!

It was so stinkin cute me and Andy just sat there quietly and watched him feed Hemi. So this morning we counter offered and after going back and forth a little bit we both agreed on a price and we feel really good about it. We are so thankful to have sold our house in 1 week after putting it up for sale. We are supposed to be out by 4/29. We are way excited!!

We got an offer on our house yesterday. We are showing the house again today and see how that goes then we will decide if we are going to except the offer. We are so excited. My sweet in laws are allowing us to live in their basement until our home is finished. I hope everything thing goes through for us. We are keeping our fingers crossed!

Well tonight we signed a contract and put money down to start the process of building a home. We are so excited to have the opportunity to do this. We will actually be in Andy's parents ward and my brother and sister in law's ward (Matt and Camie) . They estimated our house to be done July 8th. I am sure it will be later because that is how it always works right?
Andy starts his new job a week from thursday and he is so excited. I always worry about him going to work somewhere else because I know he loves working with his dad and brother but I am so proud of Andy and his accomplishments that he has made. I know I always brag about him and I am sure people get sick of hearing it but I truley am the luckiest girl in the world and I am so grateful for all the sacrafices Andy makes for our family. He is the BEST dad too!! I just don't know why I was blessed with him to be my husband. I honestly don't feel like I deserve him! I am grateful for the blessings we have been blessed with this past month, we have had some neat experiences. :)

Day of Remembrance

Most of you probably dont care about this but this is for me to remember so you don't have to read it.......

Today is my Grandpa Clark's birthday. I miss him dearly.... He would be 89 today. He died June 12, 2002 of cancer. He was a fighter! I remember going to stay with him in his last days and we would just talk and talk, even though he did not feel good. I have so many memories with my Grandpa that I cherish. I wish I had a picture of him that I could post. After my Grandpa died me and my dad were in my dads garage and I remember seeing this shovel that was really thin at the top of the handle. You could tell that it had been used a lot..... I asked my dad when he was going to throw this shovel away and he said "never.. it was grandpa's it one of the very few things I have left of him." It made me tear up a bit. He was such a hard worker and this was just an example of it. He had such a great sense of humor too. I never did get to meet my mom's dad, he died in a boating accident when she was 18. So I was very attached to my grandpa Clark. I hope to never forget all the wonderful memories of riding horses and the good convo's we had or when he would get bored he would always come to our house and walk in the back door and you could hear his cowboy boots on tile floor. Brings a smile to my face to think about and maybe a little tear. :) Andy said today before he left to work, lets take some flowers to his grave tonight. I am so grateful for Andy, he is always so thoughtful and thinks of me. I am sure my grandpa would have loved him. I will post pics later.

Other news.. Andy first turned down that job on tuesday, they called him back and offered him some more money and a few other things. Andy called me and was not sure what to do. After talking with his dad, and thinking it over he decided to take the job. He had a very neat experience with this all and we feel this is where we should be right now. He starts in two weeks. He is VERY sad to leave his dad and brother at work but he feels it is the right thing to do for us as a family.

I thought I would just type a quick little update. We are very boring these past few weeks! Andy got a job offer with a company here in town but he is still not sure if he will take it or not. He really enjoys working for his dad. So I guess we will see what happens. .... As for me I am just working at the hospital full time in the sleep lab. I am working towards becoming Registered. My goal is to have that done in June. It is so hard to study with a little one. So my studying is nap time and bed time. Noah is just as busy as ever. Getting more and more fun each day. He is sure talking a lot but we don't know what he is saying. He loves our dog and gives it "loves". He also LOVES playing with Emmie (Jason & Loni's girl) They play together quite often. I brought him to my moms this morning and they had to hold hands. I can't believe how fast kids grow! I honestly feel like I just had him. But I have people asking me all the time when we are having another! I dont know if I could hack it! Props to all you moms that have multiple children.

We are looking at building up in Hyde Park, who knows if it will even happen but we are putting our house up for sale. We will keep you posted on this. But that is it for now! Sorry we are so boring.

Noah started to walk a day after christmas. He is so much fun and starting to talk alot! I will post a video of him walking. I try to get him to say "Bye" in the video but he wont, not even a wave. He has been saying Shoes and bye quite a bit lately

Noah's Bday

Yes I realize that I am really behind on this blog. I am a month late on posting about Noah's Bday. It was such a fun day, Noah had no idea what was going on but it was fun for Andy and I. We had a family party and my mom was so nice to let us use her house. Andy and I are so lucky to have such wonderful families. The best part is our families all know each other and get along really well. Noah had lots of help from all the cousins. I can't wait until he can really start playing with all of them. Here are some pictures of that night. Noah was a very spoiled boy this month with his birthday then Christmas. When I took Noah to the doctor for his 1 year old check up. His stats were 20.7lbs (15th% I promise I do feed him) 38inches(78%) I can't remember the measurement for his head but it was in the 90% (I know he has a big head :0) He had 4 shots and Grandma Jan was there to help us. (He just loves her. We are so lucky to have great family) He actually did a lot better with the shots then I thought he would do.

Noah's Friend Bday Party

Noah turns 1 in December but all of our friends had baby's around the same time. So Annie our sweet friend coordinated a cute little party for all of them. There were 4 babies, a baby born in September, October, November and Noah in December. Noah was the ONLY boy there. What a little PIMP I must say! ;) We had soup in soup bowls and then let the kids dig into their cakes. Noah was all about digging in. He is a TRUE boy. It was really fun to watch the little girls not wanting to get dirty and Noah just dug right in! The pictures will explain all of it. It was so fun to get together and see all the kids play together. Noah was sitting next to Ellie (JD and Annie's cute litte girl) He kept feeding her his cake then she would feed him. It was really cute, then they would stuff it down each others diapers. We all were laughing so hard. Noah and Ellie were so messy they got to have a bath together. (Don't worry we did have a talk with Noah about no baths with girls until he is married. :) lol) We are excited to see him dig into his bday cake for his family party. I will get a video then...... CANT WAIT!! We are just loving Noah! He is so much fun. On Sunday he took 5 steps by himself, he could have gone further but he got scared but he CRAWLS EVERYWHERE!!!!! Some of Noah's things he is doing now........ Points to the Noses on all his stuff animals when you ask him where their noses are, pretends to give kisses then bites with his teeth, has 5 teeth ( 2 front teeth and 3 bottom) loves the song "Itsy bitsy spider" and patty cake, loves yogurt and vanilla wafers, LOVES his dad but a total mama's boy some days, plays with Grandma Ruthie every Wednesday, thinks it is funny when we put his shoes on?!?!? I could go on and on about him. I just love him and I am so grateful for my little family we have been blessed with.

Sick Day :(

It all started tuesday morning me and Noah were walking in the house and a Bee or something ( who knows what it was) was stuck between Noah's shirt and his skin. So of course he got stung and it was right on his neck. I was MAYBE freaking out a little. So I put a cold rag on his neck and he was not liking that. So I gave him some benedryl. He was so sleepy the rest of the day. I left for work and Andy had Noah for the night. He fell asleep as I was leaving to work (7:30 PM) and woke up at midnight and was awake until 2. This is so out of character for him. Andy thought it was just because he had bendryl and his sleep schedule was messed up. Well I got home wednesday morning at 7. Of course the little stink was awake.. :) so I got Noah a bottle Andy fed him and I walked out of the room. When I came back to our room Noah had barfed EVERYWHERE!!!! THe whole 7 ounces he ate was on OUR BED!!! I of course was already thinking he is sick. Andy said I think he just coughed and because he ate it so quick it just came back up..(Noah has done this before just not the whole bottle!) So we stripped our whole bed I changed Noah and we put him in bed with us. He was wired the kid was climbing all over us. He was climbing on me then put his head right by mine and I was talking to him and then it happened....he yacked all over me! Andy was laughing hysterically I was laughing and wanting to cry because the poor kid was throwing up. So Andy got Noah in the bath and I showered. We then decided that it was a good idea for Andy to stay home from work so I could sleep because I had just worked a 12 hour shift. So Andy played Mr. Mom :) Noah threw up many more times...we did a total of 7 loads of laundry. By 2PM Noah was keeping down pedialyte. so we gave him some bananas a few hours later with more pedialyte. Wow what a day, that was the first time he has ever been sick and I am sure it wont be the last. Luckily his 9 month appointment was the next day. Dr. Brown is awesome and always makes me feel at ease that everything will be okay. Noah is tons better and back to his BUSY HAPPY self!

At his 9 month appointment he was 19 lbs. 7 ounces. and 29 1/4 inches....he is a tall skinny little thing! I just love this little boy so much! Andy said the other day that he was ready to have another one. ........ dont worry I am not ready yet! :) I love the little boy but I want some time with him first. I am so lucky to have the family I do!

P.S. Andy.... I freakin love your guts! You are so good to me! Thanks for being such an awesome Dad and being so involved with our little man! I could not be happier!

He Dances!!!

The past couple of days Noah has been dancing to music when he hears it. It is so stinkin cute!

Also Andy and I were able to have a date night on saturday. Andy planned it all and even asked my cute little sister to watch Noah for us. It was such a fun night and I am so grateful for family!! I worked friday night so I slept until 12:00 then got up and took Noah to get a hair cut, then I got myself a much need pamper from Jolayne my BFF! Thanks Jolayne I love you girl! It was such a good day! Thanks guys!! :)

Here we go this is going to be a MEGA post because I have been such a slacker! I really hope I can be better about updating our blog. :) First of all I took the blog off private so that my mom and my mother-in-law can see the pictures without too much hastle.

Well I had my 24th birthday on June 20. It was a great day. Andy totally suprised me with a book I had been wanting and a jogging stroller. He took my sister to help him find the right stroller and she said "We went to EVERY store in Cache Valley so we could find the PERFECT stroller for you." He is so cute! Then he took me to The Proposal and out for ice cream. It was so much fun to go out on a date with him. It seems like we have not been to a movie for so long. It was an awesome day! Thanks Andy I love your guts!!!

Our Next Event was the 24th of July celebration that they have every year in Hyde Park. We live right by the church so we get front row seats to the fireworks. We invited friends and family to come for dinner and fireworks. Andy's brother and his wife started the tradition when they lived a couple houses up from us. They moved so now we get to continue with the tradition. We have so much fun just hanging out and enjoying friends and family. Here are a few pictures from the night. We had a lot of friends and family there that I did not get pictures of because I was slacking once again.....suprise I know. ;)

My mom had a swim party for the grandkids on the 24th also. Here are a few pictures of all the cousins playing together. Thanks grandma for all you do for the kids!!

One night after Andy got off work we decided to go fishing. It was so much fun. Noah even was entertained for a little bit. :) We did not catch anything unfortunetly.. :(

Our next adventure we went to Oregon for a family trip. It was a blast. We rented a beach house and stayed for a week. It was so relaxing and fun. We went to the aqaurium, to the tillamook cheeseplant, air museum, and to the beach many times to look for sand dollars, star fish, muscles. It was so much fun and I really hope that we can go back next year too.

Here are just a few pics I got of Noah. He is growing up so fast! He is the best little boy every. We have a nightly routine were Andy gives him his bath and dresses him and gives him his bottle then goes to bed. Well the other night I wanted to do all of that so I did and by the time I got to rocking him to sleep he wanted to just play....What the crap?!? Then he started to cry so Andy comes in to Noah's room and takes him and it was like someone flipped a switch to the cute little stink! He went right to sleep. Not one little peep out of him! I was so mad! But at the same time I am so grateful that Andy helps me and does all he does! He is such a great dad! I love it!! Everyday I am so grateful that I married Andy! I truly am a spoiled girl being married to him. Thanks Andy for all you do for our little family!

Well that is it so far.... oh and we just put our house up for sell this last week. We are selling so we can get a bigger home that we hope to stay in for the next 20-30 years. So if any of you know anyone looking for a house send them our way. We put it for sell by owner then if we dont sell in 3 months we will list it with an agent. I will try and be better about posting things. :)

Mom's Retirement after 36+ years!

My mom retired on June 30th after 36+ years of working at Logan Regional Hospital, and she looked absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! I am so excited to have my mom at home all the time now. We can go on trips and do fun things during the day. I always had a working mom and I am glad that she can finally be home. I feel like she has gave a lot hard work and service to LRH! I am so proud of her, how cool to walk away from a job knowing that you gave your all to something for so long!!! I know that her and my dad will find many things to do. She already has 2 trips planned for this summer, and I think more are being planned. ;) But she totally deserves all of it. I am so grateful of the example she has been to me. I hope to be half as good as her someday. So many people have told me they are so sad she is retiring and I am sad I wont see her at work anymore but......I get to see her a lot more at home. It was so weird on Wednesday to have her hang out with us during the day. We went to the new wal-mart and to lunch. I know we need to get better plans but I am so glad that I can just have her whenever I want now. Sorry mom you might get sick of me and Noah but we are SO SO happy for you, and what an accomplishment you have made! LRH had an open house for her on Monday and I took some pictures of it. We love you mom and I can't wait for you to be able to do whatever you want whenever you want. I was a little nervous when my mom was going to quit because I will miss her. But my sweet mother-in-law got my mom's job so how cool is that? My mother in law worked hard and got her masters so now she will me in my moms old office. How crazy is that??? I love it though. I am glad that my mom and mother in law are good friends. I am so proud of both of them! Mom I freaking love your guts and can't wait for a fun summer and maybe some overnight trips to park city?????

Wednesday night when Andy got home from work we sat down in the front room to just talk. We put Noah in his bouncer to play while we talked. He kept looking back and forth at me and Andy as we talked. It was really cute. Then all the sudden he just looked Andy straight in the face and did not even crack a smile. Andy said to him " Are you mad at me bud?" He just kept looking at Andy then I tried to talk to him. I said " Are you going to smile? Do you want to get out of your bouncer?" Then right after that he just laid his head down and went to sleep. Not a peep came out of him. Then Andy looked at me like what the crap just happened???? So we both jumped to make sure he was breathing. It seriously looked like he passed out. :( I guess he was to tired to even cry. Well, he was breathing apparently just really tired. We took him out and of course fought who got to snuggle him. Andy won...... :( He seriously is such a good little boy and maybe loves that bouncer a little too much!! The other day I found myself wanting to wake Noah up from his nap to play with him. I can't believe he is 6 months old already. We are so lucky to have him in our lives!!

Noah's Blessing

We blessed Noah on sunday. We decided to do a blessing at home, so my parents were nice enough to let us use their house because it could handle more people then our house could. We had a great turn out with 40+ people. Andy gave such an awesome blessing. I am so proud of him, he is the best husband. I know I brag about him all the time but hands down he is the BEST!! We did not put Noah in the typical white outfit. I know shame on us. But....We found a really cute suit for him. Here are a few pics. Thanks everyone who helped us! Thanks Janet for the salad and Dani for the Jell-o!! Cami.....(I ate like 3 of your treats shame on you for making those!!!! jk )and Natalie your funeral potatoes were awesome!!! First hair cut

So Noah got his first hair cut. It was sad but I can't have my child having a mullet. So Jolayne my BFF trimmed it up for us. It was so fun to watch him. He was smiling and laughing through the whole thing. I love this little guy! His hair is way too fine to do anything with it. :( I will keep trying though.

So here is what I did for Andy. Two weeks before his birthday I booked a room at Anniversary Inn and did not tell him. I have the hardest time keeping secrets from Andy. HONESTLY!! But it all started at like 5 when he got home from work. I had rearranged to LEAVE Noah with my sweet little sister who is the best, and my mom of course! So we got in the car to go to "Dinner" and I told him that he had to be blind folded because I wanted to suprise him so I whipped out my pant hose!! I know he was so mad I blind folded him with my panty hose but it was hilarious. So then I bobbed and weaved through Hyde Park and Logan and made him very car sick. He actually started to get ancy towards the end. I had already checked in and had taken our stuff there. We pulled up and I got him out and walked him to the room and shut the door then pulled the blind fold off. He had no idea where we were at. It was funny, he thought we were at a museum. haha So we looked around the room and hung out then went to dinner at Cafe Sabor then we headed to Redbox to get a few movies. It was so nice just the two of us to have some quality time! REALLY!!! We came back and just relaxed the rest of the night and I will let you guys imagine the rest!! HAHAHAHAHAH The next morning my mom had to go to work so we went and picked Noah up from my mom at like 9:30 and I had rearranged for Andy to be late to work but then he decided that he would just take the rest of the day off! I was so excited. We went back to the room until noon. It was a blast. We had the best breakfast and the best time EVER!! It was so worth it and I loved that Andy had a little smile on his face the whole time. He actually was suprised that I could keep a secret for so long. :) We went home to get ready for his Bday party with fam at 7:00 he requested sugar cookies. I went to start to make them and he wanted to do it so that is why there is a pic of him baking. He seriously is the best! I LOVE YOU ANDY AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!

Andy's Birthday..

So Andy's birthday is April 2nd. This year I decided to go all out. But he has no clue about all this and he rarely reads this blog so I feel safe about writing about it. I just feel so lucky to have Andy. I totally believe in sole mates, he is mine. We get along so good it is crazy but I LOVE it. Honestly I don't think we have ever gotten in a fight that we have yelled at each other. We decided on our wedding night to never fight over THINGS that dont matter. He is my best friend and I am so glad that we are sealed for eternity. I get to be with him FOREVER!!!!!!! (and that is not long enough! ;) )Andy is going to be 25 on thursday so I want to give you 25 reasons why I love this man!! P.S. Tune in later to see what I did for him he has no idea there is anything even happening.

1.He was and is worthy to take me to the temple and be sealed for time and all eternity
2. We always say "I love you" before we hang up on the phone no matter what.
3. He is so good with money. I like to spend and he likes to SAVE and he always wants to pay cash rather than take a loan out for things... so we wait and save money to buy..I know we are crazy!!(We just bought a new old car so we could get out of debt except for a house payment. It is soooo nice to only worry about a house payment)
4. He gave me the cutest baby boy ever.
5. He loves to snuggle every night in bed
6. He always wants to hold my hand in the car
7. He honors his priesthood
8. He is going to bless Noah this sunday
9. He wants lots of kids now and soon because he has had so much fun with Noah
10. Andy is the HARDEST worker I know. We rarely sit and watch TV we are always working on something.
11. Mr. handy man......He has remodeled our whole house. (P.S. I love it!)
12. He takes such good care of me if I am ever sick (Especially with these stinkin migraines lately!)
13. My family LOVES him. Him and my dad are almost identical in personality. (Kind of scary)
14.He respects his mom and sisters.
15. Andy does not need alot to be happy.
16. This one is personal so I will let you only imagine!! ;) ha ha
17. Andy is the nicest guy ever. He will make friends with anyone and is so excepting of anyone no matter what.
18. Andy would do anything for someone who needed help or just an ear to listen too.
19. I love that I feel like Andy protects me and I feel so safe in his arms.
20. He can fix anything on a car. I used to take my car to get breaks done....well when I married Andy he thought that was crazy so he has done it since we got married and saved us some money.
21. He always lets me know how much he loves me and how good I look for just having a baby and really I know he is just being nice. ;) I have a lot of work but I am getting there. But I always feel pretty around him and he makes me feel that way.
22. This one goes along with being a hard worker. If he is ever sick he never complains! He will go to work no matter what. He works for his dad and since we have been married he has called in sick 1 time. ( He had influenza A I think that is exceptable to call in sick for that) He is so tough.
23.He continues to impress me everyday and he is DANG funny and always makes me laugh way hard!
24. He is my BEST friend and we do EVERYTHING together!! I fall in love with him more and more every day!!! I honestly don't know why I even deserve him! He is so GREAT!!
25. We are an ETERNAL family! ( What more could you want???? I have it all with Andy!!!!)

So I feel like I am the worst blogger. I am going to try and be better. So this week I went back to work...it stinks but at least I am only working 3 nights a week. Andy and I thought that I better just keep working until the economy gets better. Who knows what will happen, it is dang scary. It is good for Andy to be with Noah and have some alone time. I am grateful that Andy is capable of taking care of him. He bathes him every night I am gone and then gets him to bed.

Grandpa Clark is going to watch him on fridays for a couple hours while I sleep. I am so excited that my dad offered to watch him. I was really close with my grandpa Clark and I want Noah to be close with his grandparents too. I am grateful that my dad is in a place in his career that he can take a day off from work to help me!! It means the world to me!!! THANKS SO MUCH DAD!!! We LOVE you so much!

Andy also has been painting old furniture that we have gotten and then sanding them. He is quite the handy man. I swear he can do everything I am so grateful for him!!!!!! Here is the coffee table he did just recently. He is in the process of doing an old table we got from my parents. I will post that when he is done.

It has been such nice weather lately I have been taking Noah on walks and he loves it. It is so nice to get out of the house. I also broke out the shorts for him because it was so nice out!!! Plus he is a little heater. He is always so warm, I am always checking his temp to make sure he does not have a fever. (Thanks mom for the awesome thermometer that I just have to run across his head to get his temp!! I actually already have warn out the battery and I got it for christmas from my mom!! I know I am a FREAK!!)

Noah is getting to be so much fun and has such a personality. He is laughing so much I love it. If anyone heard me trying to get him to laugh they would be laughing because I sound like a loser. But whatever makes him laugh right?!?

Just being funny with mom! I hope my prescription did not ruin his eyes!! Oops :)

I have created a MONSTER. Noah will sleep in his crib at night but during the day he wants to be held to sleep. So I have been trying to put him down when he sleeps. I will let you know how it goes but so far he only sleeps for like 15minutes then is wide awake. If any of you have suggestions please let me know I can't get anything done during the day!!!

So out of all of our friends and family it seems like we were the only ones to have a little boy so I always tease that noah is such a stud, and that he has all of these girlfriends except for little Emmie and Ava they are our cousins. :) Here are a few pictures of him with the girls!!

We finally got pictures taken of Noah. He was so good the whole time. But he is always good, we are so lucky to have this little guy. Both Andy and I just love him to death, we are so grateful for this little blessing in our lives. Andy said the other night "now I can see how your parents wanted so many kids!"(don't get any ideas Andy!) I look up to my mom for having 7. They are so much fun and WORK. I am grateful for my mom and all she has done in my life to prepare me to be a mom. The thought of losing my mom makes me want to cry. I honestly don't know what I would do without her!!! I talk to her at LEAST once a day. She is my best friend next to Andy. I am just so blessed to have such an amazing family. :)

Haircut

After having Noah I felt like I needed a change. So my BEST friend Jolanye cut my hair. I was really nervous but so ready for a change. We decided to cut off 7 inches. Ya that was a lot for me. I love Jolayne she is the best friend ever. She is always there for me no matter what. I am so glad that I cut my hair I don't feel like such a frumpy mom. I actually want to cut it a little shorter. Thanks Jo I freakin love you to death!!!!

So little Noah was a month on the 19th. He is so much fun, we are loving him. I have not posted very many pictures because he came down with some baby acne. :( so sad. I feel like an awful mom too. My mom told me to put some hyrdocortizone cream on his face because it would help. Well it just kept getting worse. So I called the doctor and asked what to do and they said don't put anything on it. It only makes it worse......WOOPS! The doctor said he is just working out all the hormones from pregnancy. Well they are just barely starting to clear up. I feel so bad I should have just called the doc in the first place.

Baby Noah

Sorry these are so late. This whole breastfeeding thing is hard, if any of you have any suggestions let me know. Me and Andy both fight over who gets to hold him. He is such a good baby so far. But he is only 12 days old. But here he is...... Noah was born December 19th at 5:20am weighing in at 7lbs 5oz and 20 inches tall. ...Dr. Kirkman ended up starting me on thursday at 11am. At 3am on friday I was only dialated to a 4 then the nurse came in to check on me at 4:45 and she said I was a 10 and ready to push so they called Dr Kirkman. I pushed once with the nurse and twice with the doc and Noah was here. I lucked out!!! Andy did really well with it all. He is so cute with Noah. I just am so grateful for Andy!!! He has helped so much I still have not done any laundry or cleaned the house or made dinner. He is AWESOME and I love him so much!!

We are trying to get the baby's room finished right now. We are going to paint and we are putting some new carpet in. So I thought I would decorate a little. I went to Hobby Lobby and bought letters then used modge podge to glue the scrapbook paper on. It was really easy. (Thanks Camie for the idea)

My sweet mother made these burp clothes for us. She has an awesome sewing machine and she loves to sew. I bought just clothe diapers and then picked ribbon that I wanted to go on them. I actually made two of them and it took me like two days. She had ten of them them out in a night. My mother is a saint. I love her so much and am so grateful for all she does for me and Andy. Andy thought we were crazy for making these. But he just says that our baby will barf in style. :) haha If our baby is anything like his side of the family, then he will barf all the time and Andy will be so grateful for the burp clothes. I pray for the clark genes to pull through on this one. WE ONLY HAVE 6 WEEKS TO GO!!! I CAN'T WAIT!! We are both getting so excited.

1. I have to make my bed everyday. It is a must, I feel so much better when I do because it makes our room look clean even if there is a shirt or two out. Andy would rather get in an unmade bed but, he is not home during the day so I make it.

2. I love lotion. I think I am bath and body works biggest customer. But lately I have been using baby lotion. I love the smell of it. Everytime after I get out of the shower I have to lather up. Andy thinks its weird that I put it on the bottom of my feet, But that is the worst....dry feet!!

3. I HATE HATE clutter. Andy keeps everything!! So while he is at work I clean and chuck things. He has receipts from Lowes from clear back in February when we remodled our kitchen. It makes me so mad. I like everything to have its own place.

4. I have this calendar and yes everyday I mark the day off. I don't know how I got into the habit of this. But it has to be a black marker and it all has to be crossed off the same direction. I know I am a freak.

5. I have to be on time. If I am late then I feel like I missed something. Especially if I am late to work I feel so guilty and I can never get in a routine. There is just something about being on time that gives me ease. I hate others to have to wait for me.

6. This is probably the best one. I love to be with Andy. We really do everything together. I hate to work nights because I can't be with him. I am sure this will all change after the baby and I won't get to be with him as much but...I ride in the semi with him sometimes if he ever has to make a delivery, take him lunch everyday, and I work on projects with him. He is pretty funny too about this. Even if it is something I can't do he will always say come with me and just talk to me and keep me company. Andy really is my soulmate..hahaha The joke in my family when I was in highschool was that I could not even go to the mailbox at the bottom of the street alone. (I really could, I just love family) So when I married Andy it was the best day of my life!! :)

Puppies-6 weeks

Andy and I got the puppies out tonight to play with and they were going crazy. They are so cute and I am so sad they are going to be gone soon. Of course we had like 12 neighbor kids come on over when we put them in the front yard. I think I will be glad just to have the puppies gone so I don't have a million kids at my house all day long. ;) We have a home for one we just need two more. So anyone who needs a cute little puppy let us know. PLEASE!! lol

Terry my father in law got put in a bishopric up at the university. We are so proud of him. He is such a good guy and would do anything for anyone. I took lunch down to Andy on monday and Terry was there and I asked him how "Ward Stare" was and I got the answer back " it is really fun I really enjoyed it." So I put my foot in my mouth......jk He will be so good for them. Terry is a great example to me and Andy and I hope to be more like him. I think Andy is probably sad not happy for him. The joke in the family is whenever Andy calls up to his house and if Terry does not answer he will say..."Where's Dad?" He loves his dad and loves to work with him on EVERYTHING!! I am so grateful that Terry has taught Andy so much. Congrats Terry and we love you!!

Ava and Cannon are only a day apart so Cami and Natalie had a birthday party together for them. They just turned 1. Ava(august 2) Cannon(August 3) I know I am really bad at posting and really late on this but they are both so cute and I had to put pictures up of them. The Puppies

Hemi had her puppies on August 11th. We got home from finding out what we were going to have and Andy heard a funny noise and went back to check on the dogs and Hemi was cleaning up her puppies. She has done so good. We have not had to help her at all. She is a good little mom. ;) It will be sad when we have to sell them. They just opened their eyes last monday. I will take more pictures of them with their eyes open and post them.

Today was our 20 week appointment and our ultrasound to determine what the sex was. We were both so excited. Everything looked really good so far. The baby looked really healthy even though he looks like an alien right now. :) Oh and to top it all off....We came home today and our dog had her puppies. What a good day it was. :)

He kept putting his hands in front of his face so we could not see straight on. Little stinker is already acting like Andy! :)

Babysitting

Well... Mike and Natalie wanted to go to the sand dunes for the weekend. Mike asked me to watch all three kids for them so they could go just the two of them. Of course I would not say no. I just love these kids. I was so excited for them to come. They came on thursday morning and I took them to my parents friday morning. So I had them for 24 hours on my own...well with Andy. So I decided to take them swimming. Mandi my sister in law's aunt and uncle is Ed and Lisa fisher, they have a swimming pool and Mandi invited us up there to swim. The boys had a blast and Ava fell alseep on the way there. They were so worn out when we got home they two boys crashed and I just had some fun with Ava. She is so cute. (She did not cry once while I had her. I really hope I have a baby as good as her!!) We had some dinner and I bathed all three kids by myself while Andy was working in the yard. After I bathed Ava I told Andy to come in and hold her while I finished with the boys. Ava lunged right to Andy, she loves Andy its no fair. But he just eats it up. He told me "she is the cutest girl by far..except for if we have a girl!" :) The next morning I fed them breakfast and got them packed up to go to my parents. It was so much fun but I was exhausted. I don't know how people do it. I better get used to it quick!!!!

Hyde Park Celebration

Every year Hyde Park has a celebration with fireworks and games. Andy and I live right by the church in Hyde Park so we thought we would have our families over and we could watch the fireworks from our front lawn and have some dinner.
