We Accepted it!
So this morning we counter offered and after going back and forth a little bit we both agreed on a price and we feel really good about it. We are so thankful to have sold our house in 1 week after putting it up for sale. We are supposed to be out by 4/29. We are way excited!!

Congratulations! That is so exciting especially at a time when the housing market is so down.
Awesome!! When the time comes to list ours, I hope ours sells that fast too. Our last house sold within 24 hours. When they sell that fast you kind of wonder if you didn't price it right, but I'm so glad to have moved from there. Can't wait to move to HP now!
